GLOW

GLOW (BPC-157 + GHK-Cu) is a dual-peptide research formulation designed to support studies in tissue repair, recovery, and regenerative signaling. It combines two well-studied bioactive peptides with complementary mechanisms of action, frequently explored in musculoskeletal, dermal, and cellular regeneration research[1][6].

BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound) is a synthetic peptide derived from a naturally occurring gastric protein, extensively studied for its role in angiogenesis, tendon-to-bone healing, gastrointestinal integrity, and modulation of inflammatory pathways[2][4].
GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide) is a naturally occurring tripeptide that binds copper ions and has been widely researched for its effects on collagen synthesis, skin regeneration, wound healing, and cellular antioxidant activity[3][5].

Together, this combination is explored in protocols aiming to enhance connective tissue recovery, skin quality, and cellular repair, without anabolic or hormonal effects.

Administration (research setting):
Commonly studied via subcutaneous injection, depending on the experimental design.

Reconstitution:
Add 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water → ~5 mg/mL total peptide concentration (≈5000 mcg/mL).

Typical research ranges:

  • BPC-157: 250–500 mcg per administration

  • GHK-Cu: 100–300 mcg per administration
(used individually or in combination, according to study objectives)[2][3]

Measurement guide:
At 5 mg/mL, 1 unit on a U-100 insulin syringe (0.01 mL) ≈ 50 mcg, allowing accurate and flexible measurements.

Storage:
Lyophilized vial: store frozen at −20 °C (−4 °F).
After reconstitution: refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F).
Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain peptide stability.
