HGH - FRAG

HGH Frag 176–191 is a synthetic peptide fragment derived from the C-terminal region of human growth hormone, specifically engineered to target lipolytic (fat-loss) pathways while minimizing effects on glucose metabolism and IGF-1 elevation[1][5]. It has been widely studied for its role in localized fat reduction, improved lipid mobilization, and metabolic signaling without the full systemic actions of intact GH.

Unlike full-length HGH (191AA), HGH Frag selectively stimulates adipose tissue lipolysis, making it a focus of advanced metabolic and body composition research[2][6]. Educational protocols commonly utilize subcutaneous administration, often split into multiple daily applications to optimize fat-mobilizing activity.

Reconstitute:
Add 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water → ~5.0 mg/mL concentration (~5000 mcg/mL).

Typical daily range:
250–500 mcg/day (introductory research protocols)[2]
500–1000 mcg/day (advanced lipolytic studies)[3][6]
Often divided into 2–3 subcutaneous doses, frequently administered in a fasted state.

Easy measuring:
At 5.0 mg/mL,
• 1 unit = 0.01 mL ≈ 50 mcg on a U-100 insulin syringe.

Storage:
Lyophilized: store frozen at −20 °C (−4 °F)
After reconstitution: refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F)
• Avoid agitation and freeze–thaw cycles to preserve peptide integrity.
